Tim Thatcher DIRECTOR & PRODUCER
TIM THATCHER is a Sydney based DIRECTOR, and PRODUCER working within the industry since 2000 and has a deep understanding of television development, creation and production. He has worked across many facets of the industry with a core expertise in Producing, Directing, Development & Writing as well as dealing with Advertising Clients and Live Television.
Tim specialises in travel and food television and content with a range of TV shows such as A Bite to Eat with Alice Zaslavsky (ABC), Memory Bites with Matt Moran (SBS), No Contest (Red Bull TV), Adam & Poh’s Great Australian Bites (SBS), Good Food Kitchen (NINE), Gardening Australia Jnr (ABC), The Living Room (TEN), The Great Australian Bake Off (BBC), Gourmet Farmer (SBS), Donna Hay's Basics to Brilliance Kids (FOXTEL), Getaway (NINE) & Restaurant Australia (NETFLIX) up his sleeve as well as branded content series for Suncorp, Rode, Arnott’s, Microsoft, Cadbury, Tourism Australia, Dan Murphy’s, Nespresso and Citibank.
Tim has also worked with Network Ten, Network Seven, SBS and the Nine Network in the development and creation of shows for broadcast including A Bite to Eat with Alice Zaslavsky (ABC), Memory Bites with Matt Moran (SBS), A Taste of The Philippines (SBS), The Australian Style Series with Neale Whitaker, House to Home with Neale Whitaker, Gardening Australia Jnr (ABC), The Living Room (TEN), Gourmet Farmer (SBS)
He has produced large scale LIVE broadcasts such as The Sydney New Years Eve Fireworks Show, AACTAs, ARIAs, MTV Music Awards, Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, Big Day Out, CMC Music Awards & The Golden Guitars
His experience in large scale television includes roles as a Producer, Supervising Producer & Challenge Producer on series such as Celebrity Apprentice Australia (S1), The Biggest Loser (S6), Junior MasterChef Australia (S1) and The One: The Search For Australia’s Most Gifted Psychic (S2). All of these shows were wildly successful but none more so than Australia’s Highest Rating non-sport show ever, Masterchef Australia (S2).
In his spare time, he works as a professional PHOTOGRAPHER. He has provided publicity photography for all of his shows and has photographed heaps of Chefs that you know and love
Jaime Lewis PRODUCER
Jaime Lewis is a creative producer and director with over a decade of film and television experience. Having extensive technical knowledge and skills, a passion for music and travel, and a strong background in production coordination and management, Jaime has worked across a diverse range of productions and genres in various capacities including camera operating, assistant directing, editing and script supervision, and multi award winning documentary, Tommy Emmanuel: The Endless Road which is currently on the film festival circuit.
Jaime has produced a number of series with Tim Thatcher including Restaurant Australia (NETFLIX) , Sammy & Bella’s Kitchen Rescue (TEN), Anna Gare’s Cab Fare (NINE), Three Veg & Meat (TEN) and Gourmet Farmer. (SBS)

Harking from the UK, SARAH EMERY has production manager credits from working with Shine, Endemol, Channel 4, Network Seven, Zapruder and ITV Studios under her belt managing big shows including I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, The Voice, Little Big Shots, Australia's Next Top Model, Big Brother, Gruen Planet, Changing Faces & Spelling Bee as well SBS Australia for their Food & Lifestyle programs.
Since starting at Armchair Safari she has coordinated all of our food, lifestyle and branded productions and is a dream to work with.
Amanda Chebatte FOOD PRODUCER & STYLIST
Amanda excels in food-based content creation and styling for television, editorial and digital media including television series and commercials, magazines and cookbooks, social media and brand advertising.
Her work includes food styling for stills and videos, cooking on camera, recipe development and editing, research and writing, planning and consulting as well as content strategy for brands such as Donna Hay, Food Network, Conde Nast Traveller, ABC, ButterMedia, Broadsheet Sydney, The Good Content Co, Westfield, Woolworths, Max Brenner, Nueva Sangria, Sanitarium, Cobram Estate Olive Oil, Hellmann's, Fish Butchery, Arthur and The PizzaBoys.
